Because it caters to its clients. Studio C Pilates offers the amenities of a health club, with semi private or private workouts tailored to the individual’s goals and abilities. Classes are taught on the Reformer, a highly specialized piece of equipment, and can be scheduled as private, duet or small group sessions.

Located in the 200 Public Square Tower in downtown Cleveland, Studio C makes it easy to work a pilates session into a workday. Classes are scheduled in the early mornings, lunchtime, after work and on Saturday mornings. Studio C clients have access to shower facilities and parking is free.

The Stott Pilates Professional Reformer is the primary piece of equipment used by our clients. It allows users to work their entire body, while challenging core stability against resistance when the arms and legs are moving. This superior reformer is designed for performance, adjustability, versatility and durability.

…After I retired from my professional career as a ballet dancer (with Cleveland Ballet) I tried many other forms of exercise. In comparison nothing felt as thorough or complete as Pilates does.
